Positive points: Greet location, close to the river and son tra market. The area is quite local and lots of places to eat, buy things.

Review: I want to express how nice and concern the female host was, she take heels to my wife call with open arms but I cannot say the same for her partner. Any way my stay was good and I recommend this place it have an elevator, a little store across the street not far from the airport about 10 to 15 minutes.

Positive points: Fabulous location. 3 minute walk to Dragon Bridge and night market. Comfortable bed. Great shower pressure. Laundry facilities were free !

Location is perfect couple min walking to the night market or couple minutes away from dragon bridge.

Positive points: Spacious, comfortable, well equipped and great location, close to the Dragon Bridge, markets and restaurants. And the owners are lovely.

Căn hộ rất sạch sẽ, tất cả các thiết bị đều mới và hoạt động tốt. Internet nhanh và căn hộ nằm ở vị trí tốt với một cửa hàng Winmart đối diện và Vincom Plaza chỉ cách một đoạn đi bộ ngắn.

Chủ nhà đều nói tiếng Anh và đã giúp tôi với các câu hỏi về du lịch trong suốt thời gian tôi ở đây. Nếu tôi trở lại Đà Nẵng, tôi sẽ ở đây lần nữa.

Positive points: Spacious, classy, good kitchen, super hosts with good English, and a lift. TIPS: Winmart and Joly Mart are the cheapest supermarkets and accept credit cards. Pharmacity is the cheapest pharmacy and accepts credit cards. The day market is 100m, the night market is 250m. Len Beer restaurant at the corner is open late, with good food and really cheap beer. Achcha Book Coffee is chill. If you need AC or a place to work, go to Phuc Long Coffee.

Positive points: Great location in a quiet street. Very close to all important amenities, money changers, grocery, pharmacy, coffee shops. Dragon bridge is 10 minutes walk! Host is very helpful and always ready to help in any of your enquiries or info. The room is clean with all the basic amenities. We will stay there again if available for sure and value for money!.

Vợ của Han đã làm một hướng dẫn viên du lịch tuyệt vời mà cô ấy gửi cho chúng tôi qua WhatsApp với rất nhiều hoạt động để làm ở Đà Nẵng và xung quanh. Họ sẵn sàng giúp đỡ với bất cứ điều gì. Chưa kể đến phòng ở thật tuyệt vời! Không gian rộng lớn và siêu sạch sẽ, thoải mái. Chúng tôi rất thích kỳ nghỉ ở đây và sẽ giới thiệu nó cho bất kỳ ai!!

Positive points: New, clean, modern apartment with everything you need for everyday life, including equipped kitchen and free laundry on the premises. Han, the owner, works hard to maintain everything in great shape. Very quiet location, near river and short trip to beach or commercial center of town.
