Hai Yuan Bungalow

Review: Overall not bad in term of stay, the room size is decent not too far away from kenting night street. Sound proof is decent, as we met with ppl who party outside ignoring the rules but still able to get rest without much disturb.

Positive points: Convenient location

Review: No boiling water facility in the room but there’s a common water dispenser outride. Operator is friendly and helpful.

Review: The place did not feel safe for girls. It’s at the end of an alleyway with no security guard or anybody guarding. Most definitely not soundproof. The bathroom let go off an awful smell too. They either need to clean their sewer or do something about the smell. The staff weren’t usually at the desk. Really do not recommend especially if it’s only girls or solo trip.

Positive points: Very good receptionist and owner, Foreigner friendly receptionist can speak English, Location is near to Kenting arch station 400,500 meters away from night market, pin drop silence I loved the outside area in front of room, you can have food drinks and gossip with your closed one till mid night

Positive points: It is a bungalow, not an apartment, and the atmosphere makes you feel more comfortable.  it is so so quiet nearby, but not far from the center.

Review: Large chalet with 2 bathrooms. Free parking, washer, very comfortable stay.

Review: Clean, large room for group of 7, 2 toilets and washer with lines. Excellent value. Will stay again if we ever revisit Kenting.

Review: Pros: Location is fine, just 3 minutes' walk to the night market & the beach.nCons: Facilities is quite old & humble mosquitoes and bugs are everywhere in the room security is also a big concern lack of services from the stuffs doesn't really worth the price.
