Positive points: Everything. The view, specially the sunset, the staff, cleanliness, infinity pool, ambience, ...nI recommend the desert buffet, so called afternoon tea.nRooms on 7th floor have the best view. In addition, the rooms on the far right and far left have wider view, because they are on the sides.nAttitude toward customers was surprisingly good. For a billing mistake, they treated me with free dinner. The thing is that the mistake was that they undercharged me. Yes, they charged me less, then when fixing it, I got a buffet dinner. Lovely!

Negative points: Dinner can have more western options. I remember a few years ago it had a wider variety. The same goes for breakfast. nThey don't sell cigarettes in the venue and the closest shop is a few km away. Pack up! Such a heaven might get ruined if you are out.

Positive points: we are comfortable with our bed it was satisfying to sleep.the swimming pool is so beautiful we were amazed to the panoramic view,,unforgetable and almost perfect,i recommend this place as one of the best resort here in 🇹🇼 we are satisfied in every corner of this resort😍

Negative points: maybe they need to put some utensils inside the room like spoon/fork and toothbrushes

Review: The only thing need to note is the schedule of pool and dinner. The pool is only until 8pm while dinner is only until 830pm. So better pack your own dinner and you can swim all you want until 8pm without worrying your dinner.

Positive points: The room and the balcony overlook the sea and the sky. It was very relaxing to sit at the balcony to enjoy the scene.

Negative points: The staff was very nice. But the staff at the restaurant was too quick in busing the table, even when I left to fetch the food, my table had been bused.

Positive points: The sea view was certainly and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negative points: The dinner buffet at the hotel was not compatible with the scarcity of food options served. It was definitely overpriced!

Positive points: The view from the hotel room is excellent. The location is not easy to get to without a car. We rented a car with a local driver. nThe infinity pool is great, and the sunset is beautiful

Negative points: I wished the checkout time was a bit later, like 12, with a resort like this since the majority of the family were there for the pool and the view. We do need to get a shower afterward. This location is still pretty far from Kenting if your final destination is to Kenting.
