Review: Over priced, out of the way, And pushy a owner always trying to sell you suits and bus tickets

Positive points: Great location. Just 10 minutes away from the beach and from the old town by motorbike. I rented a bicycle to go around the neighborhood and the rice fields. The family was very welcoming and attentive to meet my needs. The room is very clean and comfortable. I would love to come back!

Review: The family room is big enough to accommodate 2 King Single Beds and 1 Queen Double Bed which is rather comfortable for five of us! The breakfasts though simple is okay for the prices paid and the couple owner is very friendly, accommodative and helpful. He helped arrange our tour to My Son Sanctuary on the day of our arrival! We also asked him to arrange our trip to Mye Khe Beach (& Danang City), Hue (Hai Van Quan/Gate, Thua Thien Hue, Thien Mu Pagoda & King Khai Dinh Mausoleum & Marble Moutain at reasonable price! We rented 5 bicycles to sightsee at Hoi An before he arranged the private SUV to send us to airport! Their banana pancake was big and tasty compliments from the owner couple! The hospitality was warm and genuine!

Review: I booked 2 rooms, the room on the high floor is good, but the room in the ground is not, the smell of air isn’t comfortable. Staffs are OK, friendly to support me.

Positive points: The homestay is perfect location midway between the beach and the old town, only 5 minutes to the beach by bike, so many restaurents and local foods around. The room is very clean and big, the staff is friendly and helpful.
I will comeback next time!

Review: I found this to be a relaxing place to stay in an area just far enough away from the zone. I would recommend it as an excellent alternative to a hotel because you feel like you’re staying in a home vs. a hotel. I was a solo traveler with a single bed but they have large rooms too. I found everything to be quite clean and convenient in the room.

The owners are very friendly and helpful, they welcome you into their family home, offer a great variety of experiences and warm smiles!
The location is in the center of Hoian so you can easy to explore the ancient town with a bike or grab bike. My room have air conditioner, private bathroom and very clean!
I will comeback next time!

Review: Great home stay only 15-minute walk or 5-Minute bịke ride from the old town. Loved staying here because it was away from the craziness of all the tourist yet close enough to enjoy both the town and beach. Also, the family hosting me was very kind and were always there if you needed anything (laundry, motorbike, etc). Highly recommend staying here during you time in Hoi An.

Review: We liked our stay a lot. Clean room, big shower, supernice family. Always friendly and helpful. The location is 1,5 km from the city centre but we liked it because it was a bit more quiet and still easy to reach the citycentre(5minutes by bycicle which they rent to you)

Positive points: Sweet family and great location between the beach and the ancient town, and restaurants just steps away. The garden was nice and having bike rentals onsite was convenient.

- they tried a Little bit too much to advertise for their tailor (but as far as I know this happens almost everywhere)

We had a very good Time there, and stayed for one week. They invited us for Dinner two times - that was so lovely! It was one of our best accomodation we have had in Southeastasia!
