Positive points: Rộng rãi thoải mái tiện nghi

Review: Khách sạn khá ổn, tiện nghi vật chất và địa lý thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển. Gần trung tâm nên di chuyển thuận tiện và tiết kiệm chi phí taxi. Khách sạn có view đẹp, phòng tắm có bồn tắm (đánh giá 5*). Lễ tân Nam hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, chỉ đường đi dễ hiệu và thân thiện.
Không hài lòng ở chỗ cứ đi chơi về là phải xuống quầy lễ tân để nhờ mở khoá thẻ phòng. Cần phải cải thiện vấn đề này vì rất mất thời gian và hứng thú khi về phòng sau ngày dài du lịch.

Review: I had a really bad experience at the hotel. I already booked and paid the whole fee in few days for the night of December 31, 2023. We're here to check in at 15:00 and already have procedure for checking and signing in full. However, the reception told us to wait two hours after we could check in, and we were flawless against the fault of the hotel, which we had sent our luggage to the lobby and told the reception. We went on a market near the hotel to wait. After two hours at 18:00 we went back to the hotel, and the reception manager said there was no room left.
The receptionist show us on a hotel which far from downtown. It's 16km from Iconsiam, about 30-45 minutes taxi ride 🥵. We accepted the offer and spent a lot of time waiting. At 20:00 that evening we moved to the new hotel. This detroyed our New Year's Eve plan in Bangkok and cost me a lot of money and time to moving. Many customers had the problem that day.
