Review: Hotel ini menawarkan kamar cukup luas dengan harga yang terjangkau, lokasi strategis dekat dengan pusat kota. Wifi memadai. Secara keselutuhan nyaman.
Positive points: breakfast buffet had good selection and staff was friendly
Negative points: The property inside is really old and run down. It needs good amount of renovation to have any even 2* standard.nOverpriced for the amenities and the the services.nThe AC wasn't cooling and we had to change rooms on the 7th floor. The other room was similar.nBathroom tiles were loose with water seeping under.nThe bathroom fittings are all old, and are the plug sockets.nOld flowery carpet and bad beds and old towels.nThe mini bar is a joke with 2 bottles of local tea and water.nWe checked out early, even though staff offered to upgrade us for a better room, but we already wasted one night and was not interested in trying.nHotel refunded the unused reservation. That was a relief.nManagement needs to invest
Review: We were there for 3D2N. Our rooms connected to our kid's room. Very comfortable, clean. For breakfast, it is good nice and simple. They have fried noodles fried rice some padang delicacies, bread n butter also with omelette coffee tea juices cereal bubur pisang bubur nasi. I think that was too many for me to eat all. Anyway my family and I just take less spicy. You know padang people loves spicy. I would say their bfast are variety and you cant finish it al anyway. To me bfast is ok. I will come again if i got chance cheaper rate again. Tq grand rocky hotel.
