Review: 本來第一間房間門鎖壞了，我們到前台表達希望能換另外一間房間，前台職員表示並不能換房，需要加價upgrade。

但我們外出回來後職員便告知我們能換房間，因為她告知了經理關於我們房間門鎖的事件，顧及到我們的安全和我們的擔心和憂慮，她升級了我們的房間。這個處事態度值得欣賞。

另外房間整體乾淨舒適，朋友出遊或家庭出遊也能考慮住這個酒店。

Positive points: The stuff are really nice & helpfull, decent price. For the location

Negative points: Totally dirty, all around inside the room and outside.

It is opposite a school and noisy from 7 am with kid shouting !!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to go trough dirty stip staircase to reach pool.

Positive points: The location is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Extremely friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. The breakfast had a good selection of food which my family thoroughly enjoyed. Our room was spacious, clean and had a big bath tub. Overall a very nice stay!

Negative points: Everything was perfect!

Review: The stay was okay but could be better. The location is amazing but the staffs seemed very uninterested in cooperation and they didn't clean the room properly even after telling them. The breakfast was average. And a few facilities were unavailable due to tet which is understandable.

Positive points: Good Staff servicing for explaining and guidance when needed

Negative points: Early morning 4am+- can hear rats running around the ceiling at my room and my family room as well. Found rats shit on the breakfast table.

Review: โรงแรมสะอาดห้องพักหรูคุ้มราคา ไม่ไกลจากหาด เดินได้สบาย ข้างโรงแรมมีมินิมาร์ท แต่อาหารเช้าน้อยมาก และให้ทานแค่ 9:30 และแอร์ที่ห้องไม่ค่อยเย็น มีเสียงพัดลมดังค่ะ

Positive points: The location is great, Staff was lovely and helpful. The price is good. Nearby eateries and massage parlours are good. its near the beach and has a view as well.

Negative points: It isn’t well maintained, The paint in room is peeling off, there was water dripping from the ceiling, The furniture wasn’t clean with stains and there also was a small hole on the ceiling . it seems to be needing repairs.

cockroach infestation in room
toilet drain was not working well
room service knocks on your door despite do not disturb notice
breakfast wasn’t the best, not many choices

Review: Our stay with the Grand ocean is very pleasant and staff is very supportive. In the Breakfast buffet section VY helped us with our dietary specifications. Overall recommended and affordable.
