Review: the room was so clean, the view from our room was amazing.. we can see both sea and hills.. also the city light was very nice.. just step away from minimarket and restaurant if want to have lunch or dinner outside the hotel.. very recomended!

Review: Sy rnc staycation dengan anak2 yg usia nya masih 1th dan 7th, sampai di hotel mau minta extrabed tetapi tidak ada extra bed disini, binggung bagaimana caranya tidur ber4 di 1 kasur, karena di luar nalar, hotel bintang 5 tidak ada xtra bed,,,, nDtg check in pun ac tidak hidup, bf pagi jg panas... Makanan standarnMenyesal langsung pesan 4 malam mai cancel tdk bs, upgrade kamar jg percuma, semua kamar cm 1 bed,masa iya harus two rooms ???? tidak ada playground buat anak2..just swimming poolnKamar jg gak bersih2 amat, di bawah meja masih debu, di blkg sofa jg ada kotoran,,, anak2 1thn yg lg hobi jalan dan merangkak gak bs bergerak di dlm kamarnnJd yg mau staycation dgn anak2, sy sangat tidak menyarankannTp kl cm sekali lewat atau transit... Yah masih OK lah

Positive points: I booked a room with panoramic view, looking at the beautiful skyline of Lampung. Staffs are friendly. Mas Ivan at concierge was very helpful to park my car (due to no valet service available yet), Mas Adha at reception was also helpful and it was nice to know he still recognize me from last stay. Ms Annisa was also helpful since I was a bit jet legged after long drive and bring me the most delish welcome drink. Breakfast variety is superb. Lobby is superb with beautiful view
