Positive points: The staff! They were all so welcoming and helpful.

Negative points: The rooms are not soundproof whatsoever.

Positive points: This was a fabulous hotel for little kids. The kids club was huge, and the pool was so perfect for toddlers and young kids. Pool was heated in both the lane pool and splash pad.

Negative points: Breakfast was average and the facilities for adults were very average.

Positive points: Kids club was huge and had a great variety of things for our kids. 8th floor been had a clear suspension ridge and a slide to go down to third floor!

Negative points: Foosball table need to be replaced in the B1 kids area，

Positive points: A very nice resort hotel, located close to the city centre and the Main Street where you will find everything you need. Staff is very welcoming (A special thanks to SoYo). The rooms are spacious and clean, and also quiet despite of the road. The pool is not very deep, but very long, which makes it great to swim.rnThe morning buffet offered a great food selection. I would definitely recommend this place for your next stay in Hengchun.

Negative points: The only downside was that the suspension bridge didn’t opened during my stay.

Review: There was not sufficient light in the room. Not sure if the downlighting was deliberately taken out. There was one box of tissue and one small soap for 2 days of stay. There was no cutlery at all. The breakfast was probably one of the worst we had from a resort. Facilities probably suit small children only.

Positive points: the manager was excellent and i had no choice but to go to him for EVERYTHING. he was the only one who spoke rnEnglish. You want to charge over $100 per night but have staff that doesn't speak english...won't stay there again. be aware: the staff does not speaks English.

Negative points: The hotel needs staff that speaks english and the buffett needs to be a bit more international. the walls are really thin some of the room smell.

Review: This is the probably highest standard hotel in the town but the standard have drop over the years. The breakfast use to be very good but now the variety get lesser and so-so. The room removal of all the disposable supplies make life much inconvenient for traveler.
