Positive points: The reception team was extremely helpful and nice. The room was very comfortable. We were upgraded because we preferred one bed. The view of the river is fantastic. Great location. Best value for money.. The breakfast was ok.

Review: Place is nice-river view. Food is average. Room is quite big however, lack of chair. Bathtub-side has no drainage. Location quite far from the center.

Review: Khách sạn ở gần sông, nhân viên lễ tân thân thiện vui vẻ. Món ăn sáng tạm ổn, nhân viên nhà ăn dọn dẹp rất nhanh gọn. Khăn tắm và gối trong phòng quá cũ, cần được thay mới.

Positive points: We stayed 3 nights in the suite with the Hans river view. It was an amazing view during the day and night.
The bed is big and comfortable. The bathtub also has a view from the river and the city.
Two ladies at the reception were very nice. I think one of them called Sa. She was kind to help us with booking a motorbike and extended our checkout time(although we didn't need it at the end). The food was good and updated every day.
