Positive points: The best part was the staff. They were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They provided the best services we have ever had in Taiwannaa foreigners. nWe lived in Taiwan for more than 6 years, and by far this was the best in terms of service and facilities. nFree breakfastnFree shuttle service from and to the airport. nAnd helping in renting a motorcycle. nnI don't have any more words to describe how satisfied we are with this hotel and the staff.nnOh and the location is quite good to be honest.nn I didn't take much photos except for the breakfast and the nearby rainbow bridge haha. Sorry! nnAnd thank you FK Hotel!!
Negative points: No complaints. nnFor those who assume the staff speak English, they actually can but it's limited. Google translate is your best friend here. And with that, the staff will go out of their way to help and accommodate you. So you better be patient and cooperate. 😊
Review: Super close to the ferry port and amazing location in Magong. Carpet has seen better days, but the 80s vibes I think are part of the charm. Breakfast is yummy too!

Negative points: No toothbrush , toothpaste and slippers provided .
Review: old building but the interior was modern. surprised that there was no bad odor considering most old buildings had a stale carpet smell. the room to the bed and toilet were all good! close to all the nice food too and relatively close tothe arrival pier and pier for island hopping
Positive points: Location is close to downtown.
Negative points: The WiFi in one of our room (room 401) is horrible. You literally have to stand in a narrow corner, near the doorway to get any signal. I complained to the staff about this. They said there’s nothing they can do about it and they did not even offer to switch me to a different room. You have to realize Wi-Fi access these days are always the must. It was a difficult 48 hour stay.

Positive points: The hotel is located steps away from the city center. Lots of restaurants near and around the hotel. The staff was friendly, especially the morning BKF staff. Morning BKF was decent. The room cost was low due to it is an older hotel. The complimentary transfer from the hotel to the airport was very nice.
Negative points: It is an older hotel which yielded the cheaper rate.
Review: Chúng tôi đã ở đây 5 đêm cho Ironman Penghu 2025. Nó được tọa lạc hoàn hảo chỉ cách sự kiện 1 km nhưng ngay tại trung tâm thành phố nơi có các nhà hàng, cửa hàng tiện lợi và các cửa hàng cần thiết khác. Các phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng đủ mọi thứ mà một du khách cần. Khách sạn phục vụ bữa sáng kiểu buffet với đủ lựa chọn ngay cả cho người ăn chay. Khách sạn rất tốt bụng khi chuẩn bị bữa sáng mang đi cho chúng tôi vào ngày thi đấu vì cuộc thi bắt đầu rất sớm trước khi buffet bữa sáng có sẵn cho chúng tôi. Bữa sáng được phục vụ từ 6-8 giờ sáng. Khách sạn cũng cung cấp cho chúng tôi phương tiện miễn phí từ và đến Sân bay Magong. Chúng tôi có thể sẽ ở đây một lần nữa nếu quay lại Penghu.
Positive points: great location
Negative points: the siren was not loud enough. my sister could hear it because she happened to do nothing. otherwise she might have heard nothing. fortunately it was a false one, sounding like someone was smoking there and triggered the fire alarm. everything is a bit old there. if security is your top priority, you might think twice.

Positive points: I spent two nights on separate occasions. Room was clean and comfortable with everything that I needed for basically spending the night. The front desk was very helpful and arranged airport transfers, as well as renting a scooter and buying ferry tickets. Location is walking distance to downtown Magong with many places to eat, as well as walking distance to the port and new mall. Breakfast is basic Chinese style if you're looking for more Western style then McDonald's and Louisa cafe are nearby.
