Positive points: The property was horrible and disgusting from the hotel condition to the staff especially the rude manager! Glad that I didn’t tip one person at this hotel! That’s how bad n dirty especially old it was! n1. The sewer smell from the front went all the way to the room n2. My room was the best VIP room? But it’s right across from the elevator which anyone can come up? Security was next to none:( n3. The tv was so old that the serviceman apologized that it’s too old so he can’t fix it but to switch a tv from another room n4. I requested a room with a bathtub the manager Dung replied through booking chat it’s confirmed that everything I requested is awaiting for me? When I showed up all they had was shower w sewer smell from the bathroom to the bed! n5. The cancellation policy is first night charged so I was made to stay the first night! However, I was rudely screamed at n bullied that I can checkout but won’t be able to get the 8 nights that I already paid in full 😩n6. So I stayed! That night the sewer backup to where the water was all over the toilet area then the sink won’t drained! Management showed up and simply said the staff is off until next day and just simply closed the bathroom door to avoid the smelly sewer 😩n7. Next came n still no one showed up to fix the backup so I had to leave n8. They bullied booking,com to where booking can’t intervene in my behalf😩n9. Not one word of apology but to tell me just to get the hell out if I didn’t like it in Vietnamese sooo I’ve no idea whom did the owner paid to get such good 9 scored reviews posted on booking.com n booking can’t take it down! Maybe mine will be removed 😩

Review: If you’re looking for a place to just sleep and then go explore the city then this is your place. Good money value, great location and many restaurants near by. Hotel also share place with karaoke so keep that in mind but since you’re only need a place to sleep then I don’t think it matter much. Friendly staff.
