Review: This place is near the beach, the rooms are spacious, you can see the sea, and it's convenient to go anywhere in the city center. nThe bathroom still smells quite bad. nThe swimming pool costs 50 per person. nThe swimming pool has been rented for swimming lessons, so it's quite inconvenient.

Terrible!nnIt is clearly stated that check-in starts from 12 PM, but when I requested to check in at that time, I was asked to pay an additional 100,000 VND, otherwise I would have to wait until 1:30 PM to enter the room. There were available rooms for early check-in, but I had to pay extra instead of being able to check in at 12 PM as advertised in the service section. It is truly deceptive and exploitative. 100,000 VND is not much, but it diminishes a person's dignity and brings a bad reputation.nnThe second room provided was no different from that of a motel. Carelessly cleaned, dirty, giving a feeling of being exploited and disrespecting customers. I have stored all images and evidence of customer exploitation to provide to Agoda.nnI have called to report to Agoda and they promised to address the issue and that there is a dedicated department to deal with the accommodation provider.nnBut I also thank the establishment because that cancellation helped me find a wonderful place for my family, with the same price, but with truly luxurious amenities, not just a facade like this establishment.nnGoodbye, and I will never return.

Review: Check-in when the floor is still wet, and there is a very unpleasant smell not from food but from the bathroom. Everything is dirty from the bathroom, the towels are completely black, and the fan is dusty. It's unfortunate to have paid for 2 nights.

Review: The apartment has poor, old, broken, and deteriorated amenities. Especially, the water is cloudy and yellowish. I was afraid of getting itchy after showering. There is no free parking available. nAs soon as I checked into the room, I felt disappointed but couldn't cancel due to the policy. nThe building is very crowded, the elevator is inconvenient, and it is far from the beach and tourist spots.

Positive points: The hosts are very nice and tend to our needs. They let us put our luggages in a temporary room before check in time and moved it to our room later for us. The room was very clean and it has everything you need. The coffee shop on the 1st floor was very delicious too. The location is great, near everything you need. I would definitely stay here again next time!

Review: I booked a non-smoking room, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Luckily, it was on a high floor by the sea, so opening the window helped reduce the smell. The pool here is old, and the shower area is dirty, especially since they charge 50k even for small children, making it seem like there isn't really a pool.

Review: The host is very enthusiastic and helped me arrange a car from the airport to the hotel. Always responds quickly. The accommodation is super spacious there are two of us, but the room has two beds, spacious and airy. We stayed in Quy Nhon for four days, and the place has a washing machine, making it very convenient to do laundry. Staying in this apartment feels like being at home. If we come again, we will still book here. Thank you to the host for treating us in the kindest way.
