Review: I contacted the owner of the room to ask if there were rooms with two beds, and the owner said there were, but when I checked in, I received a room with one bed. After that, I requested a change, and the owner moved me to a room that was quite poor quality. n+ The bed is much higher and worse than those in other rooms. n+ The room did not have any cabinets, from bedside tables to TV racks. n+ The fridge was a mini one-door type, and when I received the room, it was placed outside the window to dry. n-> The room I received was very bad and lacking in furniture, like a storage room rather than a rental room, so I left that room and booked another one that was much better (you can see the photos for clarity). After that, I contacted the owner again to inform them that I would not be staying, and that same evening, the owner called, and I returned the room key. nDespite having a bad experience with the room and losing money, the landlord was very enthusiastic, and the room was clean, smelling of lemongrass, with all necessary eating utensils for guests and laundry detergent for washing clothes.

The building has a spacious parking garage that charges by the hour. The apartment-style rooms come with a kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, laundry detergent, and a drying area. The prices are affordable, but since it's summer, it can be a bit crowded, and sometimes you'll have to wait a while for the elevator, even though there are five of them.
