Review: A location close to the sea and the city, with beautiful scenery and views, amenities, a kitchen, and a fairly large cupboard. The bathtub is a bit old, but everything is quite comfortable.

Review: The house is very convenient for children, the room is quite comfortable, and easy to check in and check out. It's easy to go to the beach. I will come back next time.

Review: The cleanliness was quite bad. We stopped using housekeeping because it often smelled worse after they cleaned. The bedding is often mismatched, e.g. doona is much smaller than the cover.nnThe staff/hosts were very inconsistent with responding to issue and/or requests for housekeeping, and we would often find them playing games on their phones in the downstairs cafe while having not responded to a message for 2 hours, or at times just not responding at all until following up multiple times.nnAlso regarding the hosts communication, we had to get involved multiple times due to the unresponsiveness.nnThe property itself is fine. Quite spacious and has a kitchen. If you prefer to cook and clean (the entire apartment) yourself, then I'd say this place isn't a bad option. Or if you are only staying a few days.nnMold was a consistent issue in the property. We stayed in multiple different rooms and all of them had issues with the AC dripping water which resulted in having to permanently use the dehumifier setting instead.nnOther guests are also very noisy. It is not uncommon to hear extreme shouting, laughing or loud conversations at 2am in the morning.nnThe clothes rack to dry clothes outside was also extremely rusted and ruined some of our clothes.nnTLDRnLooks nice on the surface, but has systemic issues.
