Review: My family finds the price to be quite reasonable, the amenities are adequate, and there is a kitchen. However, some items are a bit old if improved, it would be much better.

Negative points: We arrived at the hotel, and they told us that they couldn’t accommodate foreigners. Why didn’t they cancel the booking or at least inform us in advance? As a result, we had to book another hotel directly at the reception

Review: When I arrived to check in, I wasn't able to meet the staff in person and only communicated over the phone. The staff informed me that my room was no longer available and asked me to go to another hotel, while the Agoda system still showed available rooms. The staff denied responsibility, leaving me confused about what to do since I had already paid in advance. After that, I requested a refund and received only challenging words and a denial of responsibility.

Review: All instructions were in vietnamese. The only instructions received were we'll contact you with the checkin detail one day before the checkin. They never sent me the checkin information and I add to go call agoda support for hours before i could find anything useful. In addition, half the building seem to still be in construction and the basement has an odd smell. Once we finally reached the host, they were very unaccomodating and I would recommend against this host if you have travel plans that may change.
