Review: The hotel has a great location, close to the beach and convenient for shopping. The bathroom is spacious and clean, with ample personal items. The Wi-Fi is fast and stable. The staff is friendly but needs to improve in service. The facilities are good, fully meeting the needs of guests.

Review: The room offered was not like the photos at all ,only cooking utensils, were a tiny rice cooker and a bowl and chopsticks no pots pan or plate not even a cup or a glass. After complaining and suggesting I would mention this online, after a phone call and and some encouragement. I was offered a much better room

Review: Some parts of the hotel, especially the pool area were more or less a construction site. Room was not clean. Also no cleaning during our stay. No shampoo etc. for a 5 star hotel is not acceptable. Would not recommend.
