Review: I didnt bring my passport and keep insiting till i can produce my passport. which why cant just use my ID. I am pissed off since its late and i travel with my kid. ridiculous rly fully turned off

Review: The time there was excelent experience for me and my wife. All was just perfect.
Positive points: Staff do the cleaning twice a day! It is very good! I conplained that there is not enough drinking water in the room (only 4 small bottles for ny family per day) and they soon supply more! It is good!
Negative points: They need to turn on air-conditioners along the corridor, it is too hot along the way in sunmer!

Positive points: Nice and modern designed room, but there’s stain on the wall. Look like the water from the floor above leaking through the wall.
Negative points: Stain on the wall. Bị thấm nước ở tường trông rất khó chịu
Review: 위치 좋고, 여러 시설이 안에 있어서 이용하기 편리합니다. 다만, 5성급 호텔이긴 한데, 그 수준은 안되고, 4성급으로 생각하는 것이 좋습니다. 시설은 약간 노후화 되었으며, 일부 청결도가 떨어지는 점도 있지만, 해수욕장 주변에서는 최고의 호텔이라고 생각됩니다.

Review: Hotel wont allow cancellation your booking even a super typhoon on the way. They wanted your money and careless about their guests safety. Staff is nice while you are here though.
