Review: 1. Absolutely fantastic staff.n2. Good central location: (day) a short walk to the main Kenting beach, very convenient drive or scooter ride to all the other beaches (evening) 30 second walk to middle of the Kenting night market and close to all the bars (night) not too close to the night market so it's very quiet.n3. Parking available: there is a shared parking lot right in front of the property. The alley to get in is a tricky drive for anything larger than a VW Golf. During busy times the parking lot might become full, especially at night, but the groundskeeper at the lot will direct you to another location for parking.n4. Rooms, beds, linens, pillows, towels are very clean. Beds are comfortable.n6. Relatively great shower with great water pressure and temperature.n5. Not all rooms have windows. (Windows are very well noise-insulated)n6. Bathroom layout is awkward.n7. Noise isolation (specifically from water running in the shower) between rooms next to each other is poor.

Review: Shampoo, shower gel, drinking water, shower and staffs are the basics of a hotel, but this hotel doesn't seem to meet any of the above. nThey offer one small teeny bottle of shampoo and shower gel, and it wasn't even enough for two people.nThey only offered two bottles of 500ml water for two people per day, which was far from enough as well.nTheir shower system broke down and we only had hot water and no cold water. I looked like a lobster after the shower luckily they fixed it overnight.nWhen we arrived, there's no one at the lobby, and the lobby was quite stuffy as well. nThis is not a hotel, this is more like a guest house+hostel, (I don't know what category it falls into when they don't even provide the basics).

Review: Shoes are not allowed to be worn inside.nNot easy to find this guest house, there are no exterior signs. During the day the inside of reception is not visible through glass, it appears as black glass.

Review: We really liked this place during our weekend stay. It was very modern and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. nEverything is nearby and easy to reach. Walking to the beach in few minutes.nParkin place for the car is available and free. We will come here again.
