Positive points: Room, lobby , quality
Negative points: Room service, daily errors in delivery wich is very upsetting
Positive points: We were very happy with the hotel and the staff were excellent. The location was great for the working aspect but is a little far from District 1 entertainment.

Review: I stayed 1 night on 9th May 2024. I arrived early before check-in time (around 2.00pm). I received a very nice service from staff at the reception desk.
Positive points: the designable light, warmly of note for TV channel, staff are friendly and passionately
Review: This would be a good hotel if it provided chairs in the room. There are no chairs and the cupboard is not even complete just some sliding doors. Gotta say one of the worst Marriott hotels i have been too. nnHowever the staff are great and breakfast good.nn

Review: The hotel staff work very professionally, are friendly, and extremely polite. The team made me feel completely comfortable from check-in and throughout my stay. The reception department (Mr. Thong) welcomed guests very attentively. I am very satisfied with the service standards of the hotel.
Positive points: Giường gối sạch sẽ, phòng vệ sinh sạch tiện nghi. Khách sạn hỗ trợ trả phòng trễ một chút.
Negative points: Lễ tân cứ nhìn khách chằm chằm mà không biết cười, khách chờ lâu để cung cấp thông tin. rnBooking không ghi rõ thông tin giá phòng không bao gồm ăn sáng, khi book xong mới có thông tin không ăn sáng, giá phòng này mà không có ăn sáng là cao
Review: Nhà hàng gọi món ăn tối có giá 5* nhưng chất lượng và số lượng chỉ đáng 3*và buffet sáng cũng chỉ 3*. Phòng nghỉ và trang thiết bị đạt 4*, nhưng lobby như nhà nghỉ, không phải hotel du lịch. Là thành viên Marriott, tôi không hiểu, trong group Marriott lại có loại này. Do vậy không dám giới thiệu, vì mình còn không muốn !! Xin Lỗi !!
