Positive points: The room was very comfortable, clean, and big, ac worked perfectly. The floating market tour was interesting and not expensive. Jimmy is a great guide, accommodating host and both dinners we had in his house were really good. The catfish on the second day was the best fish I've ever eaten. His knowledge about herbs and plants is impressive and the teas we made ourselves from his plants best ever!
Negative points: Some attraction to details could be improved. Window sill should be cleaned and painted, old plastic chairs removed from the deck.
Positive points: Fantastic villa in the outskirts of Can Tho. Our room was on the second floor, very spacious with ensuite and a private terrace. The hosue was only finished 2025, so everything was new and in crisp condition. The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner and evening together with him on the common terrace.
Negative points: Currently, the road to the villa is under maintenance (Aug 2025), be prepared for a bumpy ride. However, we were told that it should be finished within August 2025.
Positive points: Jimmy is great and care so much about guests having the best experience possible. Accommodations are spotless even to western standards. Very rare for Vietnam!
Negative points: A bit far from the city so options so limiting the convenience on doing multiple activities easily or walking but it really depends on what you are visiting for and for how long.
Positive points: We arrived and were greeted with friendly smiles and shown our accommodations. Very nice and pleasant staff and atmosphere. Everything was smooth and welcoming.
Negative points: I found that all my expectations were met.
