Review: Nice hotel but maybe I check in the wrong time (Tet period 28-30 Jan). Breakfast very limited, not buffet style, just few selection to choose from. No housekeeping on 29 Jan (Tet). Plus point is that hotel is very close to airport, avoid other hotels located near the Han river front or Danang beach front, where can be alot of noise pollution from the vehicles and club. Overall I'm happy staying here.
Positive points: We like the pool and the staffs are friendly and helpful. We like the big bathroom. The bathroom is spacious. It is central and convenient. The staff were helpful ordering taxis and provided the right information. Thank you to them.
Negative points: No halal food for the Muslim. The furniture are date. The shower pressure is not strong enough. Unfortunately we saw the place when the whether was bad and the back view was flooded and insufficient umbrella provided. No ironing board and iron in the room. The staffs are not fluent in English

The hotel was like a ghost town when you check in at night. The corridor was smelly and stuffy. It was very scarry. HOtel room aircons are old and can not cool the rooms. Mattress were old. when you sit or sleep on mattress you can feel the spring and it hurts. Worst ever hotel i saw in my life.
We booked the room and paid the money but we did not stay in that hotel. we shifted to another hotel within 2-3 hour.
Negative points: Rooms seems a bit outdated and old

Room. Shower was leaking and not very clean
Rats in the Restaurant and the outside Bar as well as in the food preparation room by the Bar
Reception could hardly speak any English

Negative points: The restaurant food menu was very basic and little to choose from.. The drinks menu was very poor. There was very little to choose from and they didnt have any white wine.
Positive points: I would not recommend this hotel. Reception staff tried to help and were pleasant but duty manager refused to discuss my concerns in person. Did not provide the room with a balcony that I paid for and no refund
Negative points: Check the air con in your room before paying. Staff knew the air con in two of the three rooms they showed me didn’t work. Floor I stayed in had bad water damage from leaking air conditioning.
Review: Very good and clean room, with breakfast
Positive points: The room is very huge and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and accomodating. Very good location as well from airport. Very good value for money.
Negative points: Just maybe the shower area. I think it's clogged. They can easily repair it anyway but overall it was a pleasant stay.

I was expecting a lot more from this place with it being 4 star, very run down and dated, staff were half asleep and most of them ignorant too!
Reception is like a cave, silence with hardly any lighting.
We went to use the gym and everything is falling apart and unusable.
We didn’t see any other guests during our stay, place was like a ghost town and quite creepy! Rooms very dated.
The breakfast not great.
Llocation is poor meaning you have to get taxi’s everywhere.
It states on the 4th floor the hotel provides free bicycles however upon asking at reception, they had no idea about this. I would not recommend staying here.

Negative points: Room is very old, smelly and bathroom is for kid , my husband had to bench his head while he was having shower. The studio apartment didn’t have toaster, or dishwasher sponge and dishwashing liquid, the hallway and lift were always hot
