DUO by CASEPIA Hotel

Review: My family and I had a good experience at this hotel. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms are clean, well-lit, and equipped with amenities. The hotel's location is close to famous check-in spots, just about 5 minutes to the Proposal Bridge, very close. If you and your family are considering traveling to Sunset Town, this is an ideal place. Oh, and the breakfast is delicious too! 👍

Review: The receptionist is friendly and enthusiastic. When checking in, I noticed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, as there were hair and dirt. The towels and face cloth had a damp smell and weren't dry. For breakfast, you have to walk a little to the next building in the same hotel system, where you can choose from a simple but tasty menu. The breakfast seating area is comfortable with a beautiful view.nnThe driveway for cars is narrow.nnThe location is convenient for watching fireworks and the cable car.

Positive points: Great location staff were very friendly and helpful also arranged a motorcycle for me breakfast was good but needed to be served hot was cold every day

Positive points: The location is at the end of Sunset which makes it a little quieter. The staff are lovely!!!

Review: Chúng tôi có tất cả những gì cần thiết. Giá trị tuyệt vời so với số tiền bỏ ra, bữa sáng không ngon lắm và không có nhiều chỗ ăn sáng xung quanh. Ngoại trừ điều đó, mọi thứ đều rất tuyệt.

Positive points: The hotel was really modern, nice and comfortable. Rooms are new, without any sign of shabby, with the nice design. The bed is soft enough and not too much at the same time, perfect for sleep. Bed linen is ideally white. We slept like babies. Rooms are clean, everyday cleaning supports the nice atmosphere.nWe were upgraded to a room with the sea view. The hotel is on a second line so we saw a piece of sea, but it was really nice anyway. Cable cars are very near, also possible to see from the window. nBreakfast was serves at the caffe in the nearest building, with the sea view. We could sit inside or outside, and we like outside the most. They served several dishes to choose, including local Vietnamese nuddle-soup, every day different, and 2-3 options of continental breakfast (eggs with sausages and bread). nThe staff is really helpful, speaks English quite well. They arranged a motorbike for us for 200 000 vnd / 24 hours, and ot was very convenient to pick it up and leave near the hotel door.

Positive points: It was a single night stay but still a great experience. The hotel is new and fresh, with all the great stuff included - bath, small balcony and huge bed. nWindows turned on the busy road but it became quiet shortly after sunset. nBreakfast served in a restaurant down the street, not a problem in case of good weather but be aware.nReception stuff speaks fluent english which makes everything easier.
