Dona Hotel

Review: Old hotel, in need of renovation and upgrading. Has a foul odor, with deteriorated facilities.

Review: This is a wonderful hotel, perhaps due to the excellent management by the owner, which makes the staff's attitude and service very great, polite, and charming. I will come back and stay at this hotel. From the attentive security guard holding an umbrella for guests to the staff in the restaurant, the cleanliness of the rooms deserves a perfect score of 100.

Review: This hotel is for vietnamese only. I would not have been able to check in to this hotel without the help of a englishspeaking tourist guide. I normaly enjoy language problems ,but in this hotel they do not even try to understand you. The room was really dirty, but that was not the worst. At night some vietnamese people were shouting and fistfighting in the hallways. This went on and on. Try to explain that to someone who do NOT want to understand you. They could actually hear the noise on the telephone. I teach karate and I feel twice as big as most vietnamese, but this was not my fight and I was here to sleep. And in the hallways I was really outnumbered.rnAfter trying my best to order my included breakfast for more than 10 minutes, one of the guests was so anoyed that he ordered breakfast for me, and exused for the way they behaved at the hotel. rnAt this point I wanted to leave for another hotel, but I figured it was just bad luck so I stayed. Next night was even worse, with people banging on my door and trying to break in to my room. Same problem at breakfast next day, wich is incredible, they could have just given me the same as the day before.rnWhen I was checking out they wanted to charge me once more for my stay. When I asked for the manager they said no (suddenly they understood something). Instead there came a very angry man who told me to pay. I have stayed in more than 150 hotels all over the world, and this is by far the worst EVER.rn

Review: Hài lòng,giá cả hợp lý, vị trí tốt cho công việc, mua sắm, ăn uống. Điểm kém là wifi yếu, internet chậm.Phòng thiết kế không có ánh sáng tự nhiên, nên ngột ngạt. Do không ăn nên khg thể nhận xét về ăn uống.

Positive points: NV nhiệt tình, phòng sạch, internet kém
