Review: The area has no playground for children. The shared swimming pool is closed due to green algae and is not cleaned regularly. There are also not many restaurants nearby. There are a lot of mosquitoes.

Review: The beach is clean but not suitable for swimming in every season. The pool is small and dirty. The landscape and trees are not well-maintained, so they look shabby. The villa is beautiful but seems to have few guests, so it is not properly maintained, leading to deterioration. The water faucet in the bedroom, located directly on the stairs, is very weak and unusable for bathing. The toilet has a bad odor and needs cleaning by the staff. The TV doesn't turn on because the remote control lacks batteries for guests. It is truly a pity that if this place had proper management and care, this villa area would be extremely beautiful.

Review: The price I paid does not include room service, which I forgot to notice. Staying for 3 nights without cleaning, changing towels, or replenishing shampoo and body wash felt quite inconvenient. The house is large and beautiful, but the facilities are too outdated, and there is no toilet spray. The private beach is quite spacious and private.

Review: The homeowner can't be contacted while abroad it says to call on Zalo, but when I call on Zalo, it says it can't receive messages or calls from unknown numbers, what a hassle. Luckily, the security guard and manager are very enthusiastic they checked the wifi and cable TV for the room, but in the evening, it stopped working completely.
