Review: Best hotel in Da Nang. We are going to come back for long term stay. Everyone was so nice and kind.
Positive points: Location is great, close to the beach and main area where the restaurants are. Comfortable room and good WiFi for working. The space downstairs was ideal for working. There is also a big co work space close by open 24/7-its free to use you just have to buy something from the cafe.
Negative points: We felt the room could do with a deeper clean in some places. Housekeeping would come every couple of days but found they didn’t really ‘clean’ fully. There is no washing up liquid for dishes so this is something to bear in mind.
Review:
Mostly a good value when considering the Da Nang options in this price range.
Upsides:
Quiet at night considering the very busy road 2 blocks to the west.
the rooms are clean, feels dry, and have what you need for a self sufficient stay. WiFi and TV work well with casting and apps.
Staff are engaging and friendly.
Downsides:
Bed comfort is just acceptable as I had a sore back after my 5th night.
Shower is hot but you get 3 minutes of hot water. Visualize and rehearse your bathing routine to be efficient otherwise chilling near the end.
Positive points: The building is clean.
Negative points:
During our stay, there was an electricity outage in the area, and unfortunately, the hotel's generator also failed. This caused significant issues, including the elevator being out of order, which was particularly difficult since we were traveling with a senior guest. The stairs were also completely dark, creating serious safety hazards with no light to see the steps, leading to a few near-misses.
The lack of communication from the hotel was the most frustrating part. If we had been informed about the issue ahead of time, we could have planned our day differently. Instead, we faced multiple difficulties: no power to charge essential devices like hearing aids, no effective communication with the hotel staff, and even a malfunctioning credit card machine that couldn’t process our payment.
While the hotel has potential, this experience was far from pleasant. The owners did not make any effort to compensate for the disruption, which was disappointing. We hope they address these issues for future guests. Unfortunately, this stay was the worst we had during our trip.
Positive points: Everything was fine
Negative points: only there was a mix-up with the bed for our third guest

Positive points: Beautiful hotel with a high quality fit out. The location is perfect, near to the tourist area but far enough back that you don't hear the bars or karaoke.

Negative points:
- We had bad smell in bathroom during our whole stay. After we complained first time, they brought aroma sticks. It obviously didn’t help. The next day we requested to call an engineer to check pipes, and the guy came with different type of aroma diffuser😁
- Thin walls. Although there is no noise from outside (very rare in Vietnam), you could hear your neighbors’ tv
- There is no gym, don’t expect any equipment
Positive points: The apartment though small had decent sized bedrooms and two toilets.
Negative points: Communication with reception could be better as some miscomm happened during our stay and caused inconvenience and anxiety, Quite a far walk to the beach.

Positive points: Very cozy and comfortable place for a long stay. I will definitely come back here. There is good yoga room and a pool. Comfortable lobby for working. And they have the most adorable dog Luna!
Negative points: I would like to use the treadmill but it is outdoor so it was really hot

Positive points: Everything was AMAZING! the staff were so friendly, the beds were SO comfortable and such a great location, seriously could not fault it at all :)

Review: trip with my dad was well with this hotel and their services were excellent.
Positive points: I loved the pool area and yoga room on the roof top. Also the Cafe on the ground floor is great to sit and work. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Negative points: Maybe I'm just very sensitive as this hasn't been mentioned before but I found the street not super quiet. In the studios facing the street you can still hear traffic noise such as scooters, honking etc.. The kitchen is great, but no microwave, also a sponge and dishwasher soap would be useful as you don't wanna buy it if you only stay for a couple days (different for monthly rent). It still was a very pleasant experience!
