Positive points: Staffs are always smilenCleanliness is amazingnSpacious room, especially family room, it feel like you get an entire house :)

Review: the guest house was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Actually everything was ok except for 2 small issues that were immediately solved by the hotel staff. nAt the end of our 4 night stay we exited our room to go to the swimming pool and my children saw a group of 5 mice running away. Please solve this issue for future travellers since hygiene and healthy environment must be granted anyways..... no excuses are allowed. For the rest everything was ok.

Review: Pros : Hotel std quality bed. Spacious room & living hall with kettle & fridge. nnCons : 2nd room is on the 2nd floor-steep steps. Hot shower in the 2nd room, can only be used if no one using the shower in the ground floor. Very low water preassure.

Review: Pros: Nice guesthouse, near city, big room.nnCons: The bed quite old, breakfast is not provided if u leave early for the sunrise tour & is not refundable.

Review: It was a pleasant stay here. Staffs are nice and willing to help anytime. Satisfied with our room, so clean. Breakfast was great. Well it quite match with my taste bud so yeah... What else.. Overall it was great experience, would recommend it to you guys too!

Review: I come to Jogja for many times but this is my first experience stay at here. House is unique, and huge. Some space in house I used for take a picture with my partner and it's so good. The staff is friendly. I will recomended to my friend and absolutly visit here again when i come to Jogja....
