Review: Good location, good breakfast. Staff is helpful. Coffe shop on the 8th floor has very nice view.

Negative points: Noise come from next door at late night make me have difficult times to get sleep

Phòng decor kiểu cổ điển, không có nét riêng, sạch sẽ. Cách âm chưa tốt.
Nhân viên vui vẻ, lịch sự.
Positive points: Excellent experience at Cửu Long Hotel. First, the value for money: you are greeted and attended to by a friendly and helpful staff, your rooms are clean and equipped with the required amenities, and breakfast is good with plenty of choices, all for a very affordable price. Then, the location in the city's center has a nice view of the Mekong River. Thanks to all the staff.
Review: Nice hotel with good breakfast buffet
Positive points: Bathroom layout has the shower area separate so rest of bathroom floor stays dry. Receptionist was very friendly. Clean room and tables. Bed was fine.
Negative points: I requested a room with 2 single bed in the options but they didn't have it so we ended up with the double bed room. The table had a little crack in it and the kettle was dented but wasn't a problem.

Negative points: Bathroom alway leaking during shower . Make the floor wet all the time.

Positive points: Really good location. The breakfast buffet is good. The tour booked through the hotel was really good with Mr Thanh. The staff was really nice and friendly. There was nice view from the balcony.

Positive points: Location was premium. Staff and housekeeping were exceptional, food was excellent.
Negative points: The wait staff in the bar are deplorable. If you want a drink, you must go up to the bar and request it. There is no service, ever.

The hotel is located opposite Lạc Hồng flower garden, with a view of the Tiền River. The café on the 8th floor offers a beautiful panoramic view of Tân Long island.
The breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes and tastes good.
The reception staff are friendly, and the staff serving the breakfast buffet are quick.
The room is clean, still quite new, but the hotel decor lacks highlights. The mattress in the room is a bit hard. The towel rack is too high. Everyone should choose a room with a window for better ventilation.
Positive points: Just across the river, nice views from the balcony. Helpful English speaking staff. Free breakfast and they have another restaurant on the rooftop
