Crystal Apartment Hillside Phu Quoc - Sunset Town & Firework & Free Airport Pickup

Negative points: This was a very disappointing stay. While the apartment appears to have good facilities and may have been quite nice when it was new, it has clearly not been maintained properly.nnThe apartment was filthy and had mold in multiple areas. The standard of cleaning was extremely poor and felt careless and superficial. After I complained about the mold, cleaners were sent, but they only cleaned the exact spots I had pointed out and left mold on other appliances and surfaces untouched, which was unacceptable.nnFinding and accessing the apartment was also frustrating. No clear directions or check-in instructions were provided, making the property difficult to locate. We were left waiting for quite some time before someone was finally sent to assist us.nnOverall, the lack of maintenance, poor cleanliness standards, and disorganized check-in process made for a very disappointing experience.

Negative points: الموقع جميل في مدينة الغروب ومطل على الالعاب الناريهnأخذت شقه ب ثلاث غرف . nالفندق لا يوجد به إستقبال وإنما بعد الحجز تتواصل معهم واتساب ويجيك شخص يستلم المبلغ ويسلمك الشقه. nيوجد لفت ويعمل بالبطاقه فقط .. وهم يعطوك بطاقه واحده فقط. nيوجد كامرا داخل الشقه مواجهه المدخل .. لا أعلم أن كانت تشتغل ام لا.

Negative points: Told the staff about apartment being mouldy and dusty as I am allergic to dust, they ignored. Getting in the property was a challenge as the key code provided was incorrect. Upon my call regarding that, the manager said I didn’t know how to use the key. This is not the kind of behaviour you expect from the host where you are paying so much money. The manager later realised that gave us the incorrect key code.

Negative points: Building gate closes at 10pm so you have to go around the other level. nHave to remember codes.

Negative points: Không tiện nghi, tivi ko xem được, máy giặt giặt rất ồn, hồ bơi ko sử dụng được, nhân viên ko nhiệt tình

Negative points: Nhân viên lúc bàn giao căn hộ nên đưa nhiều thông tin hơn cho khách. Lúc tôi lưu trú trùng lịch diễn tập PCCC nhưng ko dc báo trước. Buổi tối mọi người nên lên tầng 20 để xem pháo hoa
