Review: We visited the hotel between 21-23Dec24, it's a huge hotel with more than 300 rooms but hardly 20-25 rooms seems to be occupied, there were a few stand alone guests, rest were all from South East Asian Group tours who come primarily to use the Casino.

The breakfast options were very limited for International tourists. I had requested for an additional glass (normal glass) one of the nights and the in room dining flatly refused to provide one.

The saving grace was the front office staff who were extremely helpful and provided great recommendations.

The hotel has two convenience store which were fairly well stocked.

Positive points: The location was good except it was connected to a casino which we didn’t realise until we arrived there. Wouldn’t have stayed there had we known

Review: Hotels a bit old but very well kept.
Breakfast restaurant was wonderful.
it was a shamae that I could not use the beautiful pool and beach because of the weather.

Review: Awesome resort with private beach, sea facing rooms, nice retreat

Positive points: The Resort has so much potential. Resort is large, clean and communal area the same. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable but have rated low as they don't deserve a higher rate. The management and staff are rude and are all about the $$$, there is no overall ambience or atmosphere even over Christmas and New Year no activities or even a smile from staff. Very dissapointing.

Positive points: This giant hotel is right on the beach and everything about the hotel is large. From the giant lobby, the huge rooms and large restaurants. The room was very comfortable with a large balcony with lounge chairs, a king bed, a soaking tub and the most amazing shower. The breakfast seemed to go on forever with breakfast choices from around the world (pho, waffles, sushi, bacon, pastries, eggs-to-order, bao, and so much more).

Positive points: The breakfast was very good. The facilities were very good, the location was excellent, right on the beach. Massage was very good after a long day. Restaurants staff were very pleasant. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay, we think we will return to Danang and stay at this resort.

Review: Its our first time in Vietnam and it was a very pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza. The staff are all very helpful. There is a convenience store at the hotel itself where you can find reasonably priced snacks and drinks. Additionally, we really appreciate the wide variety of amenities at the resort too! Breakfast was decent as well. 10/10 recommend

Positive points: I wish there was more variety in the food.

Review: Generally satisfied with services and location but:
-housekeeping staff should return later to check whether rooms need cleaning as guests may need to sleep more in morning when they are doing cleaning and would not like to be disturbed until later in morning or early afternoon, when they need the cleaning of their rooms and changing towels and other things. Mine was not cleaned when we left a ''clean the room sign'' when we left our room at around noon and returned in the evening and had to inform front desk to arrange cleaning.
-House keeping staff should check more thoroughly that coffee and sugar provided are regularly replaced and not expired or spoilt. My sugar sachet was soggy from long expired time.

Positive points: Great looking, exactly 5 star hotel.

Review: Overall the hotel is nice and was pretty decent value for money. I got a large room with a sea view and the TV looked new while the rest of the decor was a little tired. Staff at check-in were just "OK" - English was a little limited generally at the hotel.

Pool area is pleasant and clean, as is the private beach. Staff there are friendly. Only a few western menu options, all of which are quite basic.

There is a general smell of smoke around the hotel, which I think the management need to address. While there are clear warning messages about smoking in the room, I saw guests openly smoking outside rooms on the residential floors.

Fitness centre has adequate enough equipment but needs to have some aircon fitted. There were only some tiny fans in the roof and the temperature is very high while trying to work out.

Other than the beach, there is not much around the hotel itself but I believe it's designed to be one where you stay onsite the whole time and that was fine by me.

Positive points: All facilities.

Review: The breakfast here is amazing. The hotel is completely empty. It may be because they charge 100k for ice? Hamburger is 370k? It’s really expensive here. Drinks are like 60k as well. If you came for gambling, that’s the best thing… not that you’ll win… no one really in pool, beach, maybe 500 people in the whole hotel, which could have like 5000 people. They just don’t cater like vegas, but they could. The beds were pretty good. We got an upgraded ocean view with bath tub. But food is really expensive… rooms are pretty high, when you can go stay at Chicland instead and then just travel to the casino…. Which is far better and probably cheaper actually.

Positive points: Breakfast was great...I relaxed and had a good long breakfast as I had no rush to go anywhere
