Review: Home self-check-in is very private but still ensures safety. The room is very cute, I have booked the room for the second time and will come back again. The main road is wide, taxis are easy to find, close to the center for convenient travel. The hotline always has staff available 24/7 and is ready to assist even at midnight when I forgot the code, they were still very enthusiastic in helping.

Review: The room price is reasonable for the amount spent, room cleanliness is average, and a bit rundown. I've rented from cozrum homes many times and booked at this branch twice. However, during the second stay, I encountered a housekeeping staff who spoke in a somewhat unpleasant manner, knocking on the door at 11:59 PM (not just knocking, but banging on the door) to check out. The front desk staff, on the other hand, was very helpful. The room price is low, so I don't expect too much.

Review: An amazing place to stay for business trips or travel with family and friends! Only about 800m from Saigon train station, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet very convenient for traveling to other places in the city. If I return to Saigon, I will definitely use Cozrum's services!

Review: I am very satisfied with the attentiveness and enthusiasm of the Cozrum staff, as well as the amenities in the room. However, the cleaning service at this branch left me quite disappointed. The bed linens were dirty, and the pillows and blankets still had hair from previous guests. The bathroom was even worse, with a dirty floor and the toilet covered in many yellow and black stains, as if it hadn’t been scrubbed in a long time. In fact, the drain hadn't even been cleared of the previous guest's hair, causing water to not flow properly. How can Cozrum allow such poor hygiene conditions? I hope Cozrum will soon address this issue to provide a better experience for customers!

Review: I have been here three times, everything is very good, the toilet is a bit small but it will be very comfortable for those who value privacy, as I do everything myself. There is just one problem, the entrance gate is too narrow and the slope is quite steep, as a woman riding a bike, I find it very difficult to get up, every time I have to ask some guys around for help. There was a day I got stuck halfway up the slope and had to ask people around to help me, I hope Cozrum will improve this issue.

Review: We booked 2 rooms of which room no. 101 was very spacious and had a wonderful kitchenette... Highly appreciable, but room no 302 was the worst..... Not even a space to move when we opened the large suitcase inside the room..... Therefore I would not recommend this hotel as if luck doesn't favour, one may get room like no 302
