Positive points: Clean, spaciousness, location , services and hospitality of the staff
Negative points: Got charged for using the phone room to call the guest service which does not make sense. I can expect charges for calling external numbers but not other room in hotel of hotel receiption for help
Positive points: We loved the location which was close to a beautiful park and close to the airport as well as shopping. The hotel had restaurants on site which was very convenient and the food offered was delicious. The staff were very friendly and very helpful! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family 👍👍
Positive points: The staff was super friendly and helpful. I wish we were staying longer but we were flying to Jeju. We went and walked around the botanical park and it's a must.

Positive points: Loved the proximity to the Botanical Park! Great breakfast, too! Outstanding! It was very close to the train station and there were TONS of eateries nearby!
Negative points: There was nothing we didn’t like.
Review: Hotel is clean. Kitchen garden buffet selection is good. nWhile it is not at central locations, there is a metro station just next to the hotel. The view of the botanic park is unique. Not surrounded by high rise buildings.
Positive points: the view from the room and the botanic park also the staff for the good service
Negative points: we arrived late at night tired from the trip the ac was little bit hot but we needed to sleep, all night until morning the ac kept getting hotter until it's 26 degrees in the room we told the staff they try their best to help also offered late check out and complimentary drinks , the hotel near gimpo airport but far from the tourist areas also nothing near the hotel .

Positive points: The area was quite quiet and clean unlike some area in the city center such as Hongdae. There’s also a small convenience store and Olive Young around where you can buy some things. The staff were pretty nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The airport line starting from Incheon airport passes the station which the hotel is located so it is very convenient and highly recommended to those who don’t feel like carrying their luggage for a long time.
Negative points: It’s a bit far away from the city center and tourist attractions so it took some time to travel.
Positive points: Location is near Gimpo International Airport.

Positive points: Clean and spacious rooms, a lovely park view, and friendly and accommodating staff made our stay memorable and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Seoul where it located near city centre as well.
