Collection O District 10 - Bonita Grand Hotel

Review: Too bad attitude for reception

Positive points: Very good location where plenty of street food surround

Review: Room

Review: I often stay at this hotel, close to the dining area, and the service is decent for the price. However, that day, the room I rented had cockroaches, the water pressure was strong, and sometimes the spray nozzle would drip water.

Review: I have experienced it here more than 7 times, the service is very attentive, booking on the app saves a lot.

Review: Everything is relatively good, but the soundproofing is poor, making it easy to hear noise from the next room. The most important thing that makes me dissatisfied here is the staff's communication attitude, which is not enthusiastic, indifferent, as if they lack education, and they have a frowning expression. It's a pity!

Review: Clean, convenient location for transportation, an area with many dining options.
