Review: THIS HOTEL IS ONE OF THE BEST I’VE EVER STAYED IN! EVERYTHING — FROM CLEANLINESS, STAFF SERVICE, TO THE FACILITIES — WAS EXCELLENT. TOTALLY WORTH THE PRICE! THE HOTEL IS BEAUTIFUL, AFFORDABLE, AND WE EVEN GOT FREE CABLE CAR TICKETS THAT INCLUDED THE THEME PARK ENTRY — SUCH A GREAT DEAL!nnTHE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COULD SPEAK ENGLISH WELL. SPECIAL THANKS TO MAI, WHO WAS EXTREMELY KIND AND HELPFUL. ALTHOUGH THE MANAGER WAS NOT VERY FLUENT IN ENGLISH, HE WAS VERY POLITE AND ACCOMMODATING.nnI ALSO REQUESTED A BIRTHDAY CAKE FOR MY FRIEND THROUGH EMAIL, AND THEY DELIVERED IT PERFECTLY — IT WAS SUCH A NICE GESTURE!nnOVERALL, EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. ABSOLUTELY GONNA REPEAT STAYING HERE AGAIN!

Review: 住了4晚，一開始以為住4晚會送每人2張纜車票，可是到達後職嘛才告知有一個條款：每人只限換一張票。酒位位置也算不錯，走路的話距離纜車站10分鐘，到看煙花的最佳位置也是2-3分鐘的走路時間，而且我住的房間沒有陽台也看到煙花。可惜的是每天都要求收拾房間，但浴室內的排水口都是塞住而淹水，弄到乾的區域都濕淋淋。而且廁所沒有看到抽風系統，洗澡時有點沒空氣。

Positive points: Good location, great staff, very helpful, nice clean room and comfortable bed, great shower, all around great place to stay!

Review: The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel is new, so all services and amenities are great. The view is directly facing the fireworks and proposals. There are many shops around and beautiful photo spots. It's definitely worth experiencing when in Nam Island💕

Positive points: Không gian sang trọng, phòng sạch sẽ. Đúng màu sắc mà mình thích, nhân viên khách sạn thân thiện. Khách sạn rất phù hợp cho những cặp đôi, gần chợ đêm, địa điểm xem show và bắn pháo hoa

Positive points: Khách sạn mới nên mọi thứ đều gọn gàng và sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, gần quảng trường ngắm cầu hôn và có view ngắm pháo hoa, nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình và chu đáo.
