Positive points: View from window, friendly staff, everything is close by,the bed was very comfortable and the room was huge. Very clean
Negative points: No untensils in the kitchen, but the staff will bring bowls or cutlery if needed
Positive points: We quite enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. Our room was large and very clean. A big selection of food in the breakfast buffet, which was included, always a plus!
Review: There are heaps of restaurant and k mart right next to hotel, and a lot of coffee shop and reasonable price plus welcoming from staff! I will.definitely back to CN palace!!! Loved it!

Review: Good stay, Staff very nice breakfast is good. Only down point in security reason as emergency door are open all the so it not that safe if someone can walk through the floor.

I love a bathtub! But it was a bit hard to get in and out as an “oldie” There was no separate shower so ask for a different room if it is a problem. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again. Lots of choice for breakfast. Special thank you to Kim for looking after me when I arrived tired! She was super kind and helpful.

Positive points: Hotel staff and management were exceptionally helpful with trips, and areas to view and visit.
Negative points: The weather was awful. We hit the rain but the temperature was very pleasant.

Convenient location on the main street in Da Nang, easy to get to the beach or the city.
The staff were incredibly helpful and would always check if I needed anything. Will definitely stay here again.

Negative points: shower set up was interesting to say the least - shower head was a further from the tub which cause the water to not reach into the tub and went everywhere.

Positive points: was in a beautiful spot in town next to most shops and the beach, breakfast in the morning was exceptional and the pool was amazing too. me and my group really loved our stay in da nang
Negative points: the shower was in a bath and was very easy to flood the bathroom. nothing major but still annoying especially if you’re tall
