The hotel was somewhat outdated and in need of some renovations. The hotel front desk staff speaks English during the day, which is an added benefit. There are nearby restaurants around the area and just a stone throw away from the beach. No views on their rooms except on those sea view rooms. Good for rate i would definitely go back to this hotel next time I visit danang.

- Bedsheet linens are not changed when we arrived
- There are existing trash in the bins when we arrived
- Clogged restroom and lavatory
- Aircon was broken. Giving us 1 fan during our 2 days stay (requested to be transferred but there are no available rooms)
Review: Suitable for budgeting travellers. Near the beach and restaurants.
