Review: We originally booked for 3 nights and extended for another 2. Highlights- the view (choose a river facing room, it's worth the extra money), the friendly staff, the room (with balcony) with a comfortable bed and great shower (good steam and lots of hot water if required), the pool and the plentiful and varied breakfast. I thoroughly recommend the Central Plaza Hotel. 😊

Review: Great location, excellent service, beautiful rooms
Positive points: The newness of it and it being one of the first top notch hotel in mytho. It made us decide to stop here and visit.
Negative points: Service is miss or hit. We just did the island tour and checked out, and wanted to borrow a towel or pool shower to clean up, the staff was really strict and said no. I’ve been to over 100 plus hotels and unfortunately this was the first that said “no” after check out. Some still say it’s okay to use gym, public space, but here is “no” use once checked out. Won’t come back, but wish it luck
Review: The hotel is clean, with a super nice view, and the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. I will choose to stay here often.
Positive points: I loved that it was centrally located, which made it easy to navigate the city. The staff was absolutely amazing, especially the bellman. Check-in was a breeze compared to what I am used to in the States. I highly recommend this property.
Negative points: There’s wasn’t anything bad to say at all.
Review: Great view, beautiful room. Everything is just perfect
Positive points: Because it’s relatively new like 2 months, Staffs are still training. For example, you might get mix ups on which room you booked or restaurants can take up to 1 hour to get your beef rib outs or hot drink instead of cold lol. Sigh. But pool is okay! And room has a good view. Definitely a good start.
Review: This is equal to the Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott etc. Class all the way.
Positive points:
- The location is strategic. Short walk to the city main lake and park. Just opposite to the tourist port.
- The facilities are new. Staff are enthusiastic, though they are new so sometimes they might not be fully able to assist you with all the enquiries but they tty theit best to be helpful and accommodating
- the view of the room and the rooftop bar is just chef kiss, sooo beautiful
- the bathroom is spacious and has everything you need
Negative points:
- The bed. It's a 140x200cm for the double room and is very small. Very few hotels in VN use that bed size for a 2-person room.
- the room is small for the price. If you are carrying large luggages, there wont be too much space to lay it out.
Apart from these, my experiences overall is good

Hotel located closed to everything you need (food/tours). Beautiful setting and decoration in room. Also very clean and new furniture. Staff are very helpful and kind. Nice restaurant inside hotel with city view.

Positive points: The hotel was okay but could be better. breakfast was not that good for the price that I paid, I don't think it was that good.
Negative points: The room was kind of small, breakfast not that great for the price, they don't even have the espresso available or included in the breakfast.
Review: Everything is great except for the weak Wi-Fi. Nice view from the infinity pool and restaurant.

Staff need to have more experience but that is ok
It will come with a little time.
The color decoration in the room and in the lobby are odd.
