Catu Glamping Bedugul

Review: I have to give honest opinion for other travellers. It is not worth it at all…the facility is not ready yet, when I was there, the water was not running for 2 hours. We could not do anything in the toilet. And also there was no proper Management Office. The water was not running also the next day, making us misserable. The hotel staff said, they have problem with the leakage of water piping, yet they don’t have something to overcome the problem. The room price was too high for that kind of facility. Too bad.

Review: It was raining when we arrived. Too many stairs to take with 2 big suitcases. Was very dissapointed at FO which also the restaurant full of flies. Entering the room much more flies. Basically we cant use the balcony since no cover and flies all over the place. Room was so so but the bathroom was great with the hot water for relaxing after long journey. No TV cable or any TV channel so with no activity this is sucks. The food was good and services was great. We felt terrible and decide to spent 1 night only eventhough we already pay for 2 nights. The surrounding is beautiful, maybe not the right time for us to stay. Maybe dry season would be better?? Who knows??

Positive points: Wonderful view to the lake, nicely design Glamping and room is clean. Staff are warm, friendly and very accommodating. Good place to escape for weekend getaway with family.

Positive points: The location was fantastic overlooking views of Lake And mountains. Room was very comfortable with all amenities provided. Being in the mountains no aircon was needed! We had 4 individual bungalows all in a row which was nice and staff allowed us to have group hangout in restaurant area as no other guests were using it. A great place to stay if you are taking a few days to explore this area or a quick getaway as we were doing. Highly recommend!
