Review: Me and spouse feel glad to share that it was an awesome experience to stay at cat tien villa. The host couple are very nice and will cater to all relevant requirements during the stay. They arranged for our transportation at a much cheaper cost and also free bicycles are available for the enthusiasts. Overall 10/10.

Review: Very nice place.
The owner is very nice and accommodating.

Review: Its very good on the whole , I’ve marked it down a bit for noisy building work that lasted several days while I was there. Probably not likely to be a problem for most people in the future

Review: Really lovely and helpful host, nice clean room with very good hot shower, good WiFi and a great pool. It’s a 20-30 minute walk to the centre, but there are free bikes available to use as well
