Review: I booked this room through Agoda after seeing the listing on SaziHome. At first, this cute little room in the advertisement seemed like a perfect fit for a night in Hanoi. However, when I arrived, the reality was quite different from what was shown online.nnThe walls were dirty with some peeling paint, the TV was much smaller than expected, and the remote control was broken, making it impossible to adjust the volume.nnI’m not writing this to be harsh, but rather to provide honest feedback. I genuinely hope that the management and operations team at SaziHome take this as an opportunity to improve the quality of their rooms and ensure that future guests have a better experience.n

Positive points: The place met my expectations and as all described. Our room is spotless clean, decorated modernly and I was taken care of a lot while staying here. Lien & Haley are the host&co-host who are very supportive with everything you need with best effort. The neighborhoods around the old town is very lively during the day, very close to most of delicious & well-known restaurants and quiet at night. I think for a place like this, the room rate is very very suitable.

Positive points: Phòng trang trí rất xinh, tạo cảm giác rất ấm cúng khi đến ở. Phòng ốc cực kì sạch sẽ, vừa bước vào phòng thấy phòng thơm cực. Chỗ trọ ngay trung tâm, rất tiện lợi cho việc mua sắm, ăn uống và du lịch. Sẽ quay lại ở vào kì du lịch lần sau.

Positive points: Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, rất yên tĩnh, riêng tư. Mặc dù có chút vấn đề khi mới nhận phòng nhưng bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình xử lý rất nhanh. Thuận tiện đi lại có Winmart gần đó cần mua đồ rất nhanh.

Review: Enthusiastic guidance. The furnishings are quite complete. However, the room light is a bit weak, so it's not bright enough. The bathroom should be supplied with more toilet paper. The microwave should be cleaned as it has mold inside. The mattress on the bed is a bit prone to sliding off.

Review: Clean, plenty of amenities, comfortable mattress. However, I really wanted to watch Netflix, but the support staff still couldn't log me in. Although it was the 5th of the month, I felt you all weren't very enthusiastic, but it's after the New Year, so I understand (I had to buy batteries for the remote myself), maybe you all are just not back at work yet.

Positive points: Mình chưa bao giờ có trải nghiệm với homestay nào chán như ở Sazi! Từ cái lúc đặt trên booking, các bạn take care phòng ở đây đã có đủ thông tin từ email đến điện thoại để liên hệ và gửi thông tin thanh toán TRƯỚC cho mình. Nhưng không, các bạn bắt mình truy cập FB, tìm Page để nhắn hỏi thông tin check in và thanh toán @@ quá cồng kềnh và mất thời gian. Mình đi công tác, bận sml, mình có bảo các bạn là mình bận nên nhờ gửi thông tin thanh toán qua tin nhắn hoặc email giùm. Nhưng các bạn bên này vẫn ko đồng ý bắt mình phải vào Page. Còn nhiều thứ thật sự bực mình với cách làm việc của bên này khiến mình cảm thấy 1 sao vẫn ko xứng đáng lắm nhưng thôi, nói chung sau cái homestay này thì từ sau mình cũng book khách sạn cho khoẻ chứ thích ở homestay cho ấm cúng mà gặp quả service như này thì mệt mỏi hơn

Review: This is my first time booking through the app and I booked this place. The duration is long, and the equipment is complete, although many pots and bowls are a bit dirty, but it's okay. The room is fine for me, so it's acceptable. My suggestion is to change the scent in the room the smell is a bit unpleasant, similar to that of a cheap motel.
