Positive points: The room was spacious and comfortable. The outside terrace area was open and nice. The staff was helpful.v

Negative points: The room smelled like sewage but since we were not in it a lot it was bearable. The post is a bit misleading, it is not beach front, but a nice secluded beach is 400 m away, the 1st floor terrace, although nice was on the main street. I am not complaining..just misleading.

Review: We really like this hotel. It has great ocean view at a great price. It has a big carpark and front garden for relaxation. The night market is 5 min drive.

Review: Have been going to this B&B for years. Great location away from the noise of the Kenting nightmarket (but a very short drive away), and a short walk from a small but nice beach. Rooms don't feel cramped, and upper floors all have balconies with views of the sea and Sail Rock. Simple breakfast buffet with a cheerful eating morning area. Our family's go-to spot in Kenting!
