Review: This hotel is clean and location is good
Positive points: It’s in a great spot near the Dragon Bridge, with lots of restaurants around, and the beach is just a short walk away.
Negative points: The pool access could be better organized, and some of the shampoo and cleanser in the bathroom are old and rusted, so they need replacing. The hot water, since it’s solar-powered, takes about 2-3 minutes to heat up.
Review: Bottled water was not complimentary. Charged additional fee l for 'dirty' bed sheet. (Bloody stain from waking to discover I had started menstruating unexpectedly) breakfast was what I would call ordinary.
Positive points: Spacious and comfortable room. Good location. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast and price. Highly recommend

Positive points: Our families stayed in Calix hotel for 3 night and we were all really enjoyed. We love this hotel because it is very spacious and comfortable room. Good location and lovely staff special Nam Đoan he is very friendly and helpful

Review: Good to stay sort time. Breakfast is good. Price available
Positive points: The location was ok. Closer to dragon bridge then the beach which is about 15 min walk along a busy main road. My room was ok. Great size, comfortable however there were chunks of plaster falling off the wall. The room was clean and bathroom was good size with a great shower.
Negative points:
Unfortunately this hotel is not very clean. The public areas were dirty! Carpets were never vacuumed once in the 4 days I was there. They were old and dirty. The lift didn’t look like it had seen a clean in weeks and my room had chunks of plaster falling off the wall.
The breakfast was just dreadful. This hotel only caters for Asian, Indian and Chinese market! If you are European or western culture, you will struggle. I had to ask for everything from coffee cups, milk ( which came from a carton they just pulled from kitchen and plonked it on side) There was only one young staff member who was willing to help while the other was far too occupied watching videos on his phone to even care!
The reception team were helpful but I did struggle as the English isn’t great. I tried to hand my key card in one evening for safe keeping while I went out and she thought I was trying to check out! On two nights when I came back late the night porter was fast asleep in a camp bed behind reception. One evening I even had to go behind reception to try and find my own key card !
Review: Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room clean and breakfast is good as all are Asian food. Location very good near to the beach and night market within walking distance
Positive points: Interior design was good color combination, good view. Clean. Breakfast was good. Pool was also on the highest floor so good to enjoy the view.
Review: To regularly check the pest and conduct servicing. Found a cockroache inside the room during stay.
Positive points: Very accommodating helpful staff, breakfeast buffet included was good with different changing options for the 5 days we stayed. A convenient location aswell in the heart of Da Nang. Thank you!

Negative points: Asked for 13.00 check-in but had to wait until14.00
Review: Nice location but noisy kids a and group of adults next door keep running around screaming and at checkout time just the group of adults at least 12 of them shouting either in reception area.
Positive points: We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the staff was friendly and helped us book our transportation to Hoi An at a good price.
Negative points: I find it slightly far from the beach, when it is really hot temperature the walk there and back is not enjoyable
