Positive points: Good location in DaNang

Review: The bathrooms need to be updated. As seniors we find the use of high bathtubs very hazardous to climb in and out of.
1) PLEASE DO AWAY WITH BATHTUBS, WHICH ARE DANGEROUS AND A TREMENDOUS WASTE OF PRECIOUS WATER.
2) THERE SHOULD BE HAND SHOWERS FOR THE TOILET AS IS THE NORM IN ALL EASTERN CULTURES, WHICH EVEN THE WEST IS ADOPTING FROM THE HYGIENIC POINT OF VIEW.

Review: The view of the river was great and the staff most accommodating. Central location within walking distance to the river cruise and night market.

Positive points: Excellent hospitality from start to finish. One of the best rooms we've had whilst on our trip through Vietnam. Great view too.

Review: Staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful with special mention to SkyBar F&B Luy Na & Trung, Front Desk Asst Manager Ms. Cheng & Customer Relations Cuong. Buffet spread was consistently sumptuous and catered to all tastes. The free afternoon tea spread was very much appreciated too. 👏
If you install a bidet and handrail in your toilets, everything would have been perfect 👌 👍🏻 🥰

Review: My River facing room is on 12th floor. Has full view of the Dragon bridge and the promenade.
Breakfast has many varieties and taste good. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Positive points: After a long travel till Da nang and lots of research for options to stay in Da nang we could not be happier with our choice. Ngoc Cuong welcomed us in reception, settled us in and made sure we were looked after and fed since the begging till the end. It was amazing to have his attentiveness making sure we had a wonderful experience. Brillant hotel it is not only and hotel is a full on experience culinary or to rest. They have spa a gym and they help to organise with no pressure at all activities in or out the hotel. Sadly we only had one night but more than a hotel it was a home away from home. The room…. I mean the room, I have no words, it was so comfortable, river view, bathtub…it reminded us to our bridal suite last year. All staff from the porters till the managers they were always smiling and helpful.
We booked the night cruise via them and dinner in the rooftop bar! Exquisite! The maitre at the bar was also outstanding with recommendations and
The afternoon tea was included and it was pur first introduction to the views for from the terrace. Beautiful.
Now the breakfast!! It is the best buffet we have seen with so much variety for national and international customers. We already had lots of vietnamise food so we opted for comford food back-home like options, and it did not dissapoint at all. Still was a pleasure seen Ngoc again whom made sure we had sample of their fresh fruit options, glorious. Brillant hotel goes above 5 stars hotels in Europe, the treatment you get here for the value you pay is worth way more, you would not get this level of professionalism and humanity anywhere else. Highly recommended to stop by and treat yourself for King and Queen treatment. Thanks for everything!

Review: We spent 4 nights at this hotel. The room is clean with carpet floor, internet connection is stable and consistent. Gym is small but it is equipped with basic necessary equipment, good enough for routine training. We did not use the swimming pool as it is an indoor pool without much views.
Roof top bar is the highlight, stunning view over the Hun River. The only improvement I would recommend would be the ventilation at the breakfast restaurant, as our clothes were coated with strong smell after we walked out the restaurant.
Staff are very friendly and polite, they could even remember our room number while greeting us at the lobby. Special shout out to Huy, as he kindly supported us with our needs in Da Nang.
We will definitely stay here again during our next trip.
