Positive points: The villa we finally got after arguing with the staff on whatsapp for 2 hours was indeed up to the expectation, clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Negative points:
The initial villa offered to us at 2pm check-in time (after waiting for 6 hours at the complex) was shockingly badly maintained, smelled, had wooden planks with nails sticking out, and not at all close to the pictures shown on the website. We lost so much time on the day of check-in that we couldn't do much on the day.
The whole complex is several villas where a bunch (e.g. 5-7) are maintained by individual companies and leases out. What that means is that there is no central reception you could go to and seek help, ask for services, or know the status of your villa (while waiting for it). We were fully reliant on whatsapp support and one on ground staff who would be sent to help after we would whatsapp the operational back-end staff. We had the impression of a proper hotel villa /chain that offers services end to end and centrally manage the full property.
We had to pay for a bunch of services and facilities, which we would assume to be included in a typical resort type facility.
Consider this like an airbnb place with some.on ground support.

Positive points: The Villa was fabulous and all the facilities were clean and very well looked after. The room was amazing, large, comfortable and with great interior
Positive points: We loved our stay, the staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. The rooms were amazing, modern and very clean. We had a beautiful ocean and pool view was lovely. Breakfast was great, it had a great mix of Western and Vietnamese food. The chef even made a special breakfast for us on our last few days, this was a nice touch and very tasty.
Positive points:
Our 3 bedroom villa was so spacious and was perfect for our holiday. The room downstairs featured to larger double beds and was exceptionally spacious for up to 4 people.
The master room was perfect up stairs with so many intricate elements. We loved it.
The villa’s pool was a huge win for the 2 boys who absolutely love being in the water.
Vy who helped coordinate everything with us was 1 in a million. So helpful and responsive. Made our trip so much easier with her around.
Negative points: The location between Danang and HaNoi made it difficult to get anywhere without a Grab/taxi. Perfect for disconnecting from the city lights but tricky for those last minute things.
