Review: We stayed for three weeks. Had a great time. The staff were exceptional. Paid for breakfast included... This was a staff member coming to the villa and cooking for you... We felt spoiled honestly. The place needs some updating but the staff and service made it well worth our time and money. Shout out to Bams and Siska for being great hosts and looking after us! I need to reinforce that all the staff were friendly and motivated here.
Positive points: Location is perfect, staffs are helpful and friendly
Negative points: The kitchen does not have pans and other cooking utensils, only a kettle, plates and 2 stoves.nClosed doesn't work properly
Review: April 2025, apart from amazing staff & Michael the turtle, this 2day stay was nothing more than an unhygienic dirty nightmare, from filthy old towels to itchy bed bug bites, from the stained bed mattress & sheets even the pillows were well past there use by date & n multi colours - our 2day stay was cut short as we left halfway thru, still no response from the owner.nRespect 4 guests healthy living is 100% not taken into consideration here, DO NOT WASTE UR $ HERE.
Positive points: Location is excellent and easy to walk to many restaurants and shops in Seminyak.nThe villa is well designed with very basic kitchen implements, reasonably comfortable bed, good shower. Fridge was very clean as was the pool area and bathroom.nAppreciated the large water container rather than small disposable bottles. nStaff are lovely! Very helpful and friendly.nVilla cat is a ginger and white cutie who is very friendly. Not actually THE villa cat, but one who visited every day :)
Negative points: More attention to cleaning inside the villa would be great.nA few more glasses and bigger cups for coffee would be helpful.
Review: It’s a great location and the staff are amazing, but you get the vibe that it’s let go and not taken of properly.nNot clean and pool dirty.nAlso hot water cut out and they told me you have to change villas in the middle of holiday.nIf the owner can see this, renovate the place and give it a lift as it’s been let go very bad at the moment.n
Positive points: The property desperately needs an overhaul. Countless problems with the villa. Stayed 4 nights and I complained from 1st night that the TV wasn't working. It wasn't fixed by the time I checked out. The staff kept apologizing about all the issues but I gathered that the facility doesn't even have a full time maintenance person. nSome yourself money and frustration by staying somewhere else.

Negative points: I have been in Indonesia for 10 years. Finding very clean and functional places to stay at in this country is not common, so when I do find one, I typically stick with them for future bookings. I will not be booking another stay at this place again.nnThe latest bad reviews before mine are quite accurate. I wish I had read the reviews before the cancellation date. I read the reviews the day of the check-in, before check-in, and to my horror…nnMy star rating is solely for the friendly staff, and location.nnLocation is great. I barely had to use any pickup service to go to my preferred activities when on holiday: eat good foods at great restaurants, have great coffee, and spend time on my laptop.nnWhat was wrong with this place, off the top of my head, includes but is not limited to the following:n-white towels and linens that have turned gray,n-said towels and linens have multiple stains of multiple colors (including those big red stains you can image from what…)n-critter droppings and smells everywhere (likely from cat, mice, rat, and tiny lizards, including in supposedly clean towels)n-room door handle breaking in my handn-low pool water level (likely to accommodate local tourists, unfortunately water jets were annoyingly loud and inconsistent because of the low water level)n-walls with drip stains on themn-dust and other sediments accumulations at the base of most recessesn-roof dust and alang-alang continuously accumulate in the bath tub and washroomn-bedroom door only needs to be pushed-in to allow a breaking and enteringn-tiny soiled useless trashcans (obviously soiled by prior tenants, I had to leave my trash outside since it did not fit in the trashcans)n-etc…nnStaff is helpful when you point out what to clean… The things is, I did not want to spend my holiday teaching them how and what to clean! I wanted to relax and there were a great many things that needed cleaning or fixing. So I kept to a bare minimum, which they appeared to maintain on the first 2 days.

Review: Private pool and clean
Positive points: The staffs are excellent humble well mannered and made us feel so welcoming. Generally Balinese are really kind people. The villa with a private pool is really nice. Landscaping is beautiful especially the frangipani tree is my favorite. Location is pretty near the busy street however the shops are nothing much interesting. Anyway Bali is the island to chill and relax. Not a shopping spree.
Negative points: The villa was not well kept. Furniture is old, not everywhere was cleaned properly. Generally can be considered as pretty dirty. The utensils were insufficient and at day it gone missing. The terrace was super hot as the ceiling fan is almost one story height above us which gives no air at all considering the weather was crazily hot. Netflix only available on the TV at the terrace. We can’t be lying in bed all the time watching the in-room tv or reading as only the bedroom has AC. We literally sweating waterfall as soon as we step out of the room, sitting at the terrace.

Positive points: Villa with private pool was spacious with everything you need. Breakfast was included and cooked each morning in our villa. Pool was amazing and got lots of sun. Lots of channels on the TV to watch movies. Staff were helpful and kind. We loved spotting a turtle and colourful koi fish in their fish pond. Accommodation is close to convenience stores, chemist/24 medical centre, and massages. Not far from busier spots. We loved eating at Aussie BBQ, gloriam glamour and grill, ling lings, forge pub and shooters. Thanks so much! We loved our stay.
Negative points: Lots of mozzies but staff come and spray the room with their turn down service. We also just bought mozzie repellent coils from the convenience store which helped heaps.
Review: The pictures used are obviously from when the place was new because the actual state of the place is quite run down. nnStaff were good to deal with and the location was quite good, only a short walk from the main Seminyak strip.nnOverall was fine for our 5 nights but expect to be pretty disappointed if you expect it to be in as good condition as the photos show.

Positive points: The location was good and most of staff were kind and apologetic. Staff kept saying how owners never took care of property.
Negative points: Did not like almost everything... The place was run down and very dirty. Kitchen supplies covered in rat and lizard droppings. No hand soap in bathroom, shower racks greasy and dirty. Place was big disappointment and not as advertised. We asked many times for pictures of actual units as on site was clear pictures not one unit but many. I called and wrote but did not receive reply until too late to cancel.
