Review: You can’t get a better looking property within this price point

Positive points: Location was great. So peaceful. The grounds are like a sanctuary. Breakfast was very good also.

Review: Our room is all good water pressure, aircond, cleanliness and have great view of the pool as well.
Worth for the money spent.
Anyway take note on the limited toiletries available.

Positive points: Location is great. Walking distance to restaurants, monkey Forest etc. taxi to Palace and markets - but is also walkable.
Brilliant breakfast, so make sure you include in booking.

Review: We can see facilities but not in useable condition. Swimming pool are not clean and maintain.

Review: Possibly the best value for money that you can get in this area. Place and room is bigger than in the picture. Amenities and utilities are complete, with kitchen in every rooms.
Breakfast is also provided. But what I would like to appreciate is their hospitality, the staffs really go their way to make your stay comfortable. It reminds me of what you would have been treated in 4 & 5 stars hotels.

Positive points: The location - really close to the center and the size of the room. The breakfast was really nice too. The hosts are really kind and they offer laundry, all kinds of tours, etc.

Review: Betutu Villa is located in the middle of town but it's hidden away so that you can still experience the peace and tranquility of Ubud. The villas are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Makes you really feel that you are in Bali. Great value for money.

Positive points: Location and the beautiful gardens. Great villa of your looking for something cozy and relaxed, with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around.

Review: Excellent location, near a supermarket, pharmacy, laundry - all the things you need for a longer stay. The older annexe is looking a bit worn, but the rooms are more spacious and come with a little kitchenette. Staff are warm and friendly, but it's a family-run business in a family compound, so don't expect 24 hr reception.

Review: Quiet location, within walking distance of everything in town, lovely garden and pool area, bright and clean rooms, gracious staff, generous breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Review: the access is poor as the location is on a very narrow lane. it is fine for motorcycles. the villas are quite new and building is still going on. excluding the access issue and some things to be fixed (the tv only worked one day out of 4 nights and the first night was overbooked so i had to stay at a lower quality place even though i had prepaid my stay). the staff was very good and when every thing is finished this may be a 9 or 10 rated location for travelers who do not need access for larger cars,
