Positive points: Brand new hotel very close to the main attractions of Sunset Town. Great location for the base to explore surroundings. Good communication with a host, elevator, comfy bed, nice shower, silent AC, washing machine and kitchen facilities available for use. There are 3 rooms and shared kitchen on the floor. Awesome Khem beach is 10 min away by taxi or bike.
Negative points: Our room was really small for two people with luggage, there was no place to open the suitcase, but there are different rooms. There is annoying music on the street with one melody on repeat everyday 7:30 to 21:30, which you hear in the room.
Positive points: It was ok, didn't like much.
Negative points: Common kitchen that was clean when i got in but nobody would come to clean the floor. By the 6th day it was super Sandy. Also it smelled like rotten eggs aææ this time even if we took the trash out.
Positive points: The apartment is essentially brand new. Very clean and spacious. nnThe place is well located and is close to restaurants and other amenities.
Positive points: brandnew apartment. friendly host. near the night market, fire work, and beautiful chirstmas tree
Negative points: we stay in the basement and had to climb to the 4th floor to use the washing machine.
