Review: The hotel is near the beach. The hotel was clean and staff were polite. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed. Breakfast was good. Not many options for vegetarians but staff at the restaurant cooked vegetarian food for me. Overall, excellent.
Positive points: The price and location.
Negative points: When I entered my initial room I could see that it was already in use by someone else, there was a used cup and food in the fridge. The receptionist provided a new room immediately however the next room had mould in the bathroom, poor ventilation, dirty floors/walls, no hand soap, towels that were clean but also stained, could see that the aircon had not been cleaned (I felt unsafe using it) and the only sunlight was provided by fire escape window which had to be shut for privacy and therefore had no sunlight at all.

Positive points: Spacious room, close to the beach. Not as much far from the dragon bridge.
Negative points: There was a mold in the bathroom.

Positive points: The room was a good size and the staff were welcoming. Location was good.
Negative points: I felt this property was lacking in basic amenities there was no soap in bathroom, bed sheets were dirty and may have possibly been bed bugs as well as we got a lot of bites that we have not had this whole trip. The pool was fine but could be cleaned better. The air conditioning kept leaking and our room had a window that lead out into the stairway so it was lacking any natural light or ventilation. Was quite noisy in the corridor in the evenings also.
Review: Extremely clean and stylish rooms. Basic amenities but has a rooftop pool and restaurant
Positive points: Located near the beach, the overall cleanliness and breakfast were above average.
Negative points: Arrogant staff. Nobody helps you to lift the baggage through stairs to reception. Many thigs mentioned in amenities are absent.
Review: The location is great only 5 mins walk. It's also value money with nice breakfast.
Positive points: Great hotel, we only had the 1 bedroom apartment but was great because we could put the kids to bed and sit in the main room. Great size and a large bathroom. We liked the location. Short walk to the beach and the dragon bridge and quick in a Grab. Lots of massage places to choose from and great little places to eat right in the street.
Negative points: The bedroom sliding door seemed to be stuck. Very hard to slide, and when we asked later at the front desk they told us it was because the design was a Japanese style the door wasn't mean to close. So we were able to close it over but wasn't intended to be done.
Review:
Staff not that good understanding English, hard to communicate. When I arrived had no view and booked room with a city view. They blamed Agoda, gave me a smaller room with part sea view and two beds. I refused as did not want smaller room with multiple beds. Had to wait a while to sort out problem. No hot water.
No handle on window.
One of the lights kept flickering.
Main shower did not work
Ants all over the room
Will not recommend this hotel, left after 2 nights yet staying in da nang for 7 nights.
Positive points: The location was good but unfortunately our room had an unpleasant plumbing smell in the bathroom that never went away.
Review: How can we get all the facilities with a price like that! The receptionist is really helpful when we need to rental motorbike 😊
Negative points: They dont have parking lot, they lied to me that the garage is just next to the hotel for 50k vnđ/night,but when I came they did not, I gotta drive 300 metter far and paid 70k vnd/night. I dont like being cheated at all!
