Review: The location is very accessible to the nearest bus stop, airport bus station and subway station. There's a 7/11 near as well which is very convenient for your go-to quick food grabs
Positive points: Central and simple. Nothing fancy but everything you need ina guest house
Review: Simple room in a great location. Easy access to the rest of Seoul via public transport or even walking. For the price, can't beat it
Positive points: Comfortable stay, rooms were clean. Hot showers. Easy transportation to wherever needed. Breakfast was eggs, a little fruit and a ton of wheat buns
Negative points: The breakfast would have been better with more fruit and a salad than all the wheat bread
Positive points: Towels are way too small and pillows are hard
Positive points: Easy access location. Simple check in and check out. Staff very assisting eventho only communicate with email.
Negative points: Front desk usually from 10am-5pm only. And maybe can use thicker mattress for single bed.
Review: I had the solo room for 2nights. The room and bathroom is quite small but it is enough for me because I am small. It is located near the shopping area and restaurants. Subway and bus stop is 5-10min away.
Positive points: Location. The place is very close with the main attractions and (Palaces, Bukchon village), 7eleven, and the train station.
Negative points: If you travel with heavy luggages and small kids, staying at the 4th floor maybe not your first choice as no lift available

Positive points: The location was great. Close to convenience stores, metro stations, bus stops, different eateries, some major attractions—you name it. All within short walking distance. The owner and staff in general are a lovely bunch. Super helpful and friendly.
Negative points: First and foremost it’s old. It needs to be renovated asap lap. It’s just off-putting at this point. Secondly, there’s paper thin walls, which for us meant we needed to cut our stay here short and go elsewhere. There were “services” being rendered in the room next to us. Fun night!
Review: This is my second time staying beewon. Is really comfortable and worth for the money. nBeewon is very near to Ikseondong!

Review: This has been our go to Guest house in South Korea, very good location, decent room to sleep, accessible to all bus or subway metro, super accommodating owners.

Review: Close to metro and on a quiet street. Rooms are clean and warm in the winter, hot water. Would stay here again. Good value for price.
Positive points: The location is perfect, close to key placed to visit and eat, and with easy access to public transportation to everything including the airport! There are also great restaurants of all price ranges nearby.nnService is excellent as well, with very responsive and friendly staff. No problem with language as the family who runs the guesthouse can both speak English and use the latest technology in language translations. Think Pappago!nnWhile not the most modern of places, the price, efforts at cleaning and the friendliness and service make up for the lack of luxury.
Negative points: Others might not appreciate the self service style of the guesthouse with its code key access to the premise when staff are away but we can appreciate the ease of entry and exit.nnIt was also not so easy to find at first but once you're there and used to the quintessential small streets of older Seoul, it is not a problem at all.nnWhile not absolutely important to us, others might have to get used to the idea of a very non-American wet room for the bathroom.
Review: We arrived at night but the guesthouse staff already email us the instructions on check in procedure. The location is 5 mins walk from Changdeokgung bus stop (where airport bus 6011 stop). It’s a simple guesthouse with complete basic necessities.
Positive points: Friendly staff, clean and quiet facility. perfect location!
