Positive points: Beautiful, big clean comfortable room with a balcony to enjoy sunset. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very sumptuous.

Negative points: No eateries or convenient stores within walking distance. No in-house restaurant. But they provide transport to the restaurant located in their related hotel nearby.

Review: 5 stars! Especially if you can appreciate wood. Like staying at a wood museum. Small boutique hotel so don't expect more than a large and wonderful room. A bit far from Kenting but the beach nearby is the best. 5 stars to the hard working staffs!!!

Review: Our large sea view room was third floor 2201 on a corner. Great balcony. Three sinks with two in separate dressing/bath areas. Excellent TV with many channels. Excellent bed. Very helpful staff. Only one option for breakfast and it was Chinese-style so we went out to eat. Peaceful location with lovely garden. It was our anniversary and hotel gave as a delightful gift to celebrate.
